The Injured Workers Advocacy Centre (IWAC) was founded in
2001. It was the vision of two lawyers, Michael W. Kelly and
Paul Barrafato, who specialize in the area of personal
injury and workers’ compensation law, and who believe that
workers should have access to the same quality of
representation as their employers do. The team at IWAC is
comprised of qualified and knowledgeable individuals who
understand the confusion and frustration that injured
workers experience when dealing with the Workplace Safety
and Insurance Board. At IWAC, we assist our clients in
obtaining the compensation to which they are entitled.
