The Injured Workers' Advocacy Centre is an established group,
organized to provide workers with excellent and
knowledgeable representation in their claims to the
Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) and the
Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal (WSIAT).
We understand that dealing with the WSIB can be a confusing,
slow and often frustrating experience.

follows, and help our clients navigate through this maze to

Under this system, employers
are permitted to participate and challenge your right to
benefits at each stage of an appeal. Those that do are
